How to apply for a membership?
Just fill in your details in the form below and you will receive an email from us which will confirm your membership, your DFasha ID Number and a soft copy of the DFasha loyalty card.
We will keep you updated with your stamp-status by sending your updated soft copy of the loyalty card by email.
Should you request for a hard copy of the loyalty card, we will be more than happy to print it off for you to pick up.
