1. Meet up
It is best to meet up at a certain location nearest to your place of residence. Hence, we have prepared a list of places which are quite convenient for you to collect your orders. This is free of charge.
If you live in:
Seria ----------------------------- place to meet: OGDCKuala Belait -------------------- place to meet: Soon Lee (Pandan) or Milimewah (KB)
Tutong --------------------------- place to meet: Mum's Bakery (OG Building)Bandar Seri Begawan ----- place to meet: any Hua Ho Departmental Stores closest to/at your area, i.e. Sengkurong, Tanjong Bunut, etc.
Please specify your exact location when you send us your order so that we can meet up in any one of the places listed above. If you wish to meet up at a different location, please text us or email us your suggested location in advance.
2. Home Delivery
We also offer home delivery but this will be charged (price to be confirmed).
Certain areas that are complicated for us to look for (kampong areas) could be very time consuming and inconvenient for us and also for you, hence it would be less possible for us to do home delivery for locations as mentioned. Therefore, meeting up at a specific location that is open and easy to find will be preferred over home delivery.
Nevertheless, please text or email us so that we can advise you regarding home delivery. :)
