When making orders via email and order form, please make sure that you check your email inbox regularly as you will be required to reply a confirmation order email from us. If you do not respond to the email within 5 days, your order will be cancelled.

• your name
• contact details
• code of the lens
• power/degree of the lens
• quantity
• your specific location - Gadong, Kiulap, Beribi, etc. Please don't leave a general answer: "Bandar"
